About C. G. Macdonald

Formalist poet C. G. Macdonald was born in Vallejo, California and graduated from UC Berkeley and UC Davis with degrees in Literature and Creative Writing. He has worked as a seasonal firefighter, singing telegram messenger, fifth grade teacher, and an awake overnight counselor. Most recently he worked in special education at Davis Senior High School. He has published poetry and reviews widely.
